Every petsitter goes through a rigorous vetting process: individual interview, identity check, reference check, and a supervised trial period. All are insured.

Prices and payment
The prices shown are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on duration, number of pets, specific needs and location. You receive a detailed quote before any confirmation, no commitment, no surprises.
Cancellations and changes
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service. Between 48h and 24h, a 50% fee applies. Date changes are always possible subject to your petsitter's availability.
Insurance and safety
Our team is available 7 days a week by phone and WhatsApp. In case of a veterinary emergency, we have a dedicated protocol. Insurance covers vet fees and any damages.
Yes, all pets are covered by our insurance during services.
